About Monsi Yunn

There is more
to the everyday.

I explore the meeting point between spiritual depth and ordinary life. The questions we carry. The ways we pay attention. The meaning we make along the way.

A few words from me
An imagined writing corner overlooking the evening sea, with books and the warm light of an indigo glass lantern
A space for curiosity. A little light to read by.

The person behind the name

A note to you,
wherever you begin.

Hello, I’m Monsi Yunn.

Spiritual questions have been part of my life since childhood. Over the years, I’ve explored different teachings and ways of understanding ourselves. The questions have become deeper, and more connected to how we actually live.

How do we meet a restless mind? What lies beneath the things we want? Can we see ourselves more clearly, and bring that understanding into our relationships, our work, our ordinary days?

Monsi Yunn is the name under which I share these explorations. I write for people who are curious, including those who have never thought of themselves as spiritual. A familiar experience can open into a profound question. A simple practice can give that question somewhere to begin.

I want this space to offer depth you can return to, in language you can make your own.

With curiosity,
Monsi Yunn

My perspective

An open mind.
A life you can touch.

I leave room for what we do not yet understand. I also keep returning to experience: what we notice, what we choose, and how we treat one another.

Look for yourself.

Bring your questions. Explore an idea, sit with it, and notice what you find. Your own attention belongs at the centre of your spiritual life.

Let depth become practice.

Meditation, reflection and visualization can begin in an ordinary day. Give an insight a place in how you listen, how you respond, or the next small choice you make.

Stay open to discovery.

Wisdom can speak across traditions and cultures. I’m interested in the questions beneath their different languages, and in what becomes clearer when we keep learning.

Why objects belong here

Beauty can be
a beginning.

A crystal that catches your eye. A journal that invites an honest page. Something you keep close because it reminds you of what matters.

I’m drawn to objects that make room for attention and personal meaning. Their place in your life can grow through the way you use them, the intention you give them, and the moments they come to hold.
